I’d like to see what these guys suggest as an alternative to the existing bonus culture. The way I see it there are three fundamental problems:
Bonuses are too large (how much money does anyone really need?)
Bonuses are given for poor performance as well as good
Bonuses reward short term performance even if it comes at the expense of long term performance
